This half Chinese, half Russian, tattooed bombshell, was born and raised in Toronto, but has lived in a few different cities. Mandy started modeling when she was 16, by applying online through Model
Search Canada, and landed a gig for a bridal magazine, and then at 17 got a spread in Opinion Magazine. Mandy didn’t do many modeling jobs after that ‘til she was 18 and had another brief hiatus ‘til she was 21. “Let’s just say I met the wrong people and had a few life lessons to learn”. Now a days Mandy is fully into her modeling career, appearing in everything from bike shows to music videos to fashion spreads, and says it has been her dream since she was 4 years old to be a cover girl. Her biggest goal has always been to reach the pages of Playboy Magazine, but fears she is just too inked for them now, sporting 14 tattoos. But she does have other magazine goals such as Maxim, FHM, and pretty much any men’s magazines out there! Miss Monroe is determined to stay focused on doing everything she can to achieve the success she wants, and says, “I’m happy with what I am doing now, and I have an amazing fan base that supports me and keeps me motivated.”

“A Chinese symbol for Dragon on the back of my neck, 4 tribal zodiac signs inside my left forearm, tribal sun and Russian writing inside my right forearm, Marilyn Monroe quote “A wise girl kisses but doesn’t love, listens but doesn’t believe & leaves before she is left” inside my right upper arm, My Grandmothers Russian writing inside my left upper arm, barbed-wire around my left thigh, Pegasus on my right side rib cage, tiger (stripes) on my left shoulder blade, tribal cherries near my right hip bone, and a star on my lower right side of my back above my bum.”
